Insurance

I am not paneled with any insurance companies. I am considered an Out-of-Network (OON) Provider and I can provide a “Superbill” for possible reimbursement.

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment

Cash, check, zelle, venmo are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not come to your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 2 hours in advance, you may be required to pay the full cost of the session.
